The Bulkley Valley Cross Country Ski Club seeks a paid head coach for its Athlete Development Program. You will guide dedicated athletes competing at regional, provincial, and national races. The role combines high-quality skills development, training delivery, team building, and support for younger skiers’ programs and coaches during fall and winter. You will work with a motivated team of volunteer coaches at the Bulkley Valley Nordic Centre, which includes 52 kilometres of groomed trails and a biathlon range. The club supports approximately 50 U12 to U18 athletes within a member-supported non-profit organization.
Key Responsibilities:



Lead year-round training for U14 to U18 athletes
Foster and guide volunteer coaches
