Key Responsibilities: Repair equipment and structures as necessary
Complete painting, carpentry, and landscaping upkeep
Prioritize maintenance activities for operational efficiency
Track suppliers and maintenance activities in databases
Ensure health and safety compliance across properties
Requirements: Basic problem-solving ability for maintenance issues
