Key Responsibilities: Support French- and English-speaking customers professionally
Respond to product, pricing, program, and order inquiries
Process quotes, orders, returns, and ERP transactions
Communicate availability, shipping, and order-status updates




Research technical product information using manuals and vendor resources
Requirements: Fluency in spoken and written French and English
Three years of customer service or related experience
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel
Organized, patient, professional, customer-focused approach
