The Merchandise Manager leads store merchandising and operational execution while partnering with store leadership on staffing and business needs. Responsibilities include inventory routines, truck execution, SISO replenishment, ad sets, price changes, and a customer-ready sales floor. You will also coach team members and maintain operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain visual standards and initial product presentation
Complete planogram sets accurately and on schedule
Execute promotional signage and product placement
Provide Manager-on-Duty floor leadership and service standards




Train, coach, and develop assigned team members
Requirements: Three or more years of retail leadership experience
Ability to perform repetitive scanning, stocking, and POS motions
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
Ability to work with frequent customer interactions
Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
