As Warehouse Coordinator, you will coordinate inbound and outbound materials for manufacturing, construction, field services, and project activities. The position connects Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Field Operations. Success requires organized documentation, clear communication, and practical responses to shortages or delays.
Key Responsibilities: Track orders, delivery dates, and shipment status
Coordinate material pickups, deliveries, transfers, and availability
Prepare tools and equipment for field activities
Communicate shortages, constraints,



and delivery schedules
Apply TOC principles to identify material-flow bottlenecks
Requirements: Post-secondary supply chain or related education considered an asset
Valid Class 5 driver's licence required
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with logistics, procurement, or industrial environments beneficial
Ability to prioritize changing operational requirements
Coordinate material logistics, shipment visibility, and project support while maintaining accurate information throughout MSCP’s supply chain.
