Analyze land markets with Newmark as an Analyst supporting property appraisal, valuation consulting, and real estate data research.
This Analyst role focuses on land valuation and advisory services. You will collect property information, research markets, maintain databases, and perform quantitative analysis. The position supports appraisal reports and development land evaluations across Southern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research on development projects, listings, and comparable sales
Research Geowarehouse, Altus Data Solutions, and RealTrack databases
Maintain proprietary sales databases and analytical templates
Analyze land use approvals, plans, budgets, and property information
Assist with CUSPAP-compliant appraisal report preparation




Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in valuation, planning, economics, finance, geography, or commerce
AIC Candidate working toward the AACI, P. App
Solid research skills using databases, public sources, and industry contacts
High attention to detail when entering, reviewing, and auditing data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and real estate database platforms
Apply land research, database management, and valuation analysis skills while supporting Newmark’s appraisal and advisory services.
