Export Development Canada seeks a Senior Analyst supporting senior and junior debt transactions for medium-large Canadian businesses expanding internationally. You will contribute financial analysis, credit assessment, financial modeling, and transaction execution while working with experienced team members and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and progress financing opportunities within program objectives
Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses, and transaction materials
Assist with due diligence and deal structuring
Draft credit memorandum sections for governance committees
Monitor portfolio covenants,



performance, and emerging risks
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field
Approximately two to three-plus years of relevant experience
Foundational financial analysis, credit assessment, and modeling experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn
Apply credit analysis, financial modeling, and communication skills to support EDC’s Western Region lending transactions and portfolio management.
