Insight Global Canada has an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our growing team in Canada. This role will be located at our Toronto office, and report into the Manager, Canadian Operations. This individual will hold responsibility for Canadian employment and legislation requirements of our Canadian offices. In this role you will support all our offices across Canada, with more planned to open over the next few years! You will be the true HR expert and go to person for our Canadian offices, truly taking ownership over the growth and development of our Canadian HR programs and policies.

Ensure all employees know they matter, and that their mental health and wellness is a priority by recommending and implementing programs to support them, making sure to teach and train on the benefits available to them and supporting them through all leave options (STD, LTD, Parental Leave, etc).
Own Canadian benefits including enrollment and administration for our group benefits plan, RRSP, fertility benefits and employee discount programs
Support our Emerging Markets team as they work to grow our presence in offices across Canada, able to research on different regulations and how they would impact the business
