Process lending transactions and documentation with Conexus in a hybrid environment, supporting Commercial, Agriculture, Consumer, and mortgage portfolios.
As a Lending Operations Administrator II, you will provide loan administration, processing, and support services. The temporary opportunity lasts up to 18 months. Preferred locations are Yorkton and Emerald Park, while any Conexus location may be considered when space is available.
Key Responsibilities: Process loan documentation, registrations, renewals, and transactional support
Support merger integration, process alignment, and operational readiness
Resolve loan administration inquiries with internal teams and partners
Maintain lending files, correspondence, and operational documentation
Complete and balance internal account reconciliations
Requirements: Business education and one to three years of related experience
Robust organization, accuracy, accountability, and prioritization abilities
Effective communication with internal and external partners
Technology, software application, and data entry experience
Lending regulatory knowledge is beneficial; DNA knowledge is an asset
Support accurate lending operations at Conexus through documentation, reconciliations, technology, and responsive member-focused service.
