Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader
Train and coach all store employees
Implement merchandising and marketing programs
Handle cash and process fuel transactions
Maintain clean, secure, presentable stores with products in-stock
Requirements: High School diploma or GED preferred
One year of Retail Management experience may substitute
Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
