Deliver welcoming resident service as a part time Concierge, using communication and organization across two scheduled weekly shifts.
As Concierge, you will support the building’s day-to-day community experience while reporting to the Condominium Manager. The position requires a polished, mature approach, positive energy, and strong customer service. You will assist residents and guests, coordinate building services, and communicate operational and security updates.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain lobby presence and help control building access
Assist residents and guests in a friendly manner
Manage resident notices, messages, emails, and desk calls
Receive and arrange pickup of delivered parcels
Support community events, inspections, and lobby tidiness
Requirements: Availability for two permanent part time shifts weekly
Friday availability from 9am to 6pm
Saturday availability from 10am to 7pm
Polished, mature, positive, and approachable manner
Robust communication, organization, and customer service skills
Support residents through welcoming service, organized communication, access assistance, and thoughtful building coordination as Concierge.
