This Operations Supervisor manages the chain connecting warehouse activity, drivers, clients, and deliveries. The position includes creating driver bookings, preparing routes, supervising loading, unloading, and vehicle movements, and maintaining operational records. You will also guide staff and address service issues.
Key Responsibilities: Create and confirm driver bookings with relevant business partners
Conduct driver check-ins, check-outs, and loading activities
Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
Prepare performance reports for delivery operations




Audit Proof of Delivery reports and report compliance
Requirements: Ability to supervise warehouse traffic and secure vehicle movements
Ability to maintain accurate incident and delivery records
Ability to prepare comprehensive daily operational reports
Ability to provide driver and staff training
Ability to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
