Financial Analyst supporting forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting for ATS Life Sciences Service operations across Canada, the UK, and global teams.
This Financial Analyst provides financial and operational support to Service Leadership and Project Management teams. The position maintains accurate information through month-end reporting, reconciliations, and forecast updates. It also supports project revenue, costs, margins, and operational analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly bookings, revenue, and gross margin reports
Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes
Track revenue performance and identify key variances
Partner with Project Managers on project financial updates
Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources
Requirements: University degree or college diploma in business or accounting
Three to five years of analytical accounting experience preferred
Advanced ERP knowledge, preferably JD Edwards
Advanced Excel and VBA knowledge required
Robust analytical, reporting, and accounting skills
Apply financial reporting, forecasting, and project analysis expertise to support ATS Life Sciences Service business performance globally.
