As Change Specialist, Finance, you will deliver change management strategies across business transformation initiatives. Your work includes impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness plans, adoption tracking, and risk mitigation. You will coordinate with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users to support successful adoption.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three or more years of change management experience
Prosci certification or equivalent
