Traferox creates, manufactures and commercializes products used to transplant solid organs (lungs, heart, liver, kidneys, pancreas). These products employ technologies invented by the transplant surgeons at the University Health Network (UHN). Position Summary:
The R&D; Engineer is generally responsible for translating clinical needs from transplant surgeons into product ideas. They research current technologies, build proof-of-concept prototypes, demonstrate feasibility of current product concepts, and lay the foundation for current product design and development.
