Job Summary

As a Front Server, welcome guests, take orders, and coordinate attentive service with the kitchen. Help create a smooth, enjoyable dining experience through accurate order handling, timely service, and a clean, organized dining area.

Duties
Greet guests, answer menu questions, take orders, and enter them accurately using POS systems.
Serve food and beverages, communicate requests to kitchen colleagues, and check that orders meet guest expectations.
Process payments, handle cash, and use basic math to verify transactions.
Maintain clean service areas and follow food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.

Skills

Required: Transparent communication, customer service, time management, basic math, accurate POS order entry, cash handling, and secure, sanitary food service are practical capabilities for this role. Preferred: Food service, serving, restaurant, hospitality, guest services, kitchen, or food preparation experience; familiarity with Micros POS, cashiering, and thoughtful upselling are helpful.
