Lead current product introduction through project management, manufacturing expertise, and cross-functional leadership at L3Harris in Waterdown, Ontario.As an Operations Project Engineer, you will manage NPI projects for IRAD, customer-funded NRE, and non-standard product configurations. You will coordinate manufacturing, planning, procurement, production, quality, and EH&S; stakeholders. The work covers project plans, operational readiness, manufacturability, risk, and product targets. You will also support design reviews, bids, proposals, and Earned Value Management reporting in JIRA.Key Responsibilities:
Lead NPI projects and deliverables across multidisciplinary operations teamsDevelop schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and project plansMonitor project progress, risks, issues,
