You work with center management to uphold guest service standards, support employees, and maintain protected, inviting conditions. The position requires communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee center operations during management absences
Enforce organizational and guest service standards
Address customer complaints and employee relations issues
Track lanes, assign availability, and start leagues
Complete cash procedures, deposits, and operating reports
Requirements: At least 18 years of age
Commitment to great guest service
Solid communication skills
Strong team player
Weekend availability for part-time evening shifts
