As Clinical Practice Educator, you will support clinical excellence through education, career development, and accessible guidance. You will use nursing theory, specialized knowledge, and area-specific competencies to support direct care nursing staff. Key Responsibilities: Provide visible clinical support for staff in clinical areas
Develop and evaluate formal and informal educational programs
Create learning plans for direct care nursing staff




Coordinate clinical education and progressive practice activities
Support person and family-centered care principles
Requirements: Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
Hold current BCCNM practicing registration
Bring three years recent related nursing experience
Have two years formal teaching or mentoring experience
Hold a valid BC Driver’s License as required
