Support commercial customers, builders, and businesses through credit, collections, and payment arrangements at Trail Appliances. Work full-time weekdays from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
As a Credit Specialist reporting to the Credit Manager, you will manage overdue accounts and resolve outstanding issues. Your responsibilities include collections, billing, payment reconciliation, project billing, and customer support. Strong communication, discretion, accuracy, and urgency help maintain effective account administration.
Key Responsibilities: Manage overdue commercial accounts and pursue timely payments
Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding account issues
Address customer, builder, and business inquiries
Process adjustments, write-offs, and project billing




Provide accurate documentation for audits and discrepancies
Requirements: Essential prior experience in collections or credit roles
Strong ability to manage overdue accounts
Billing experience strongly preferred
Qualified issue resolution and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel and computer application proficiency
Use collections, billing, negotiation, and customer service expertise to manage commercial credit accounts accurately at Trail Appliances.
