As Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, support team success, and deliver memorable shopping experiences. You will represent Claire’s products and services while supporting smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Drive store sales through customer experience and product upselling
Provide personalized styling advice and recommend product add-ons
Deliver safe, professional piercing services after training




Maintain inventory accuracy, transactions, and visual merchandising
Train and motivate team members toward sales goals
Requirements: Minimum one year of retail management experience
Minimum one year of overall retail experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency operating POS systems and handling transactions
Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy
