Support retail loss prevention at Sephora’s BC-Highstreet location in Abbotsford with surveillance, reporting, and operational audits. The schedule is full time.
As an Asset Protection Partner, you protect store assets against theft and work with Leadership to reduce shortage. You will conduct floor and CCTV surveillance, follow laws and Sephora policies, preserve evidence, and prepare incident documentation. The position includes coaching employees, supporting inventories, completing safety inspections, and developing shrinkage prevention plans with stores and the District Loss Prevention Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, observe, deter, or apprehend external theft
Follow apprehension, search, seizure, and evidence policies
Communicate audit findings to store Leadership




Assist with inventory preparation and processes
Maintain relationships with law enforcement and mall security
Requirements: Retail loss prevention or asset protection experience
Ability to maintain composure while coaching techniques
Effective written, verbal, listening, and interviewing skills
Windows, Word, and Excel proficiency is desirable
Ability to work at multiple market locations
Bring surveillance, documentation, communication, and shrinkage prevention experience to Sephora’s full time retail security team.
