Reporting to the Service Manager, this technician performs vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for dealership customers. The work requires mechanical aptitude, repair-order interpretation, organized documentation, and effective customer communication. Quality workmanship, timely updates, and warranty compliance support service-department success.
Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders
Road test vehicles before and after servicing
Document services and repairs thoroughly in work orders
Notify advisors about additional repairs, parts, or labor




Follow manufacturer warranty procedures and dealership policies
Requirements: Previous automotive repair and diagnostic experience
Robust mechanical aptitude and vehicle systems understanding
Ability to interpret technical bulletins and documentation
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean record
Legal entitlement to work in Canada
