Hours are 5am-8am Responsibilities: Open the deli department and prepare the counter for daily service Slice, weigh, and package deli meats, cheeses, and prepared foods to order Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked deli case throughout the shift Provide friendly, efficient customer service and assist guests with product selections Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to FIFO guidelines Set up and break down equipment, displays, and prep stations as needed Requirements:
