Ember Resources seeks a permanent Control Room Operator for its field operations team. The work involves abnormal-condition response, production data management, communications, and coordination with Electrical and Instrumentation personnel. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and collaboration are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and troubleshoot abnormal operating conditions
Take appropriate action, including emergency system shutdowns
Communicate daily with field personnel and stakeholders
Maintain gas analysis, meter calibration,



and well testing records
Monitor security, lone workers, and ERP response
Requirements: Two-year technical diploma or Production Field Operations background preferred
Equivalent industry experience considered
Gas gathering and field compression experience is an asset
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability for 12-hour day and night shifts
