This Specialist creates, analyzes, and delivers Planograms and merchandising programs for Canadian Tire Corporation. You will guide Category Business Managers, Analysts, and cross-functional teams through builds while supporting Store Fit and Optimization. The work combines category merchandising, competitive research, Excel analysis, and custom Planogram development.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and facilitate category merchandising line review meetings
Analyze sales, margin, and space productivity data
Test, adjust, and quality-check completed Planograms




Optimize store-specific space recommendations using sales forecasts
Coordinate custom Planogram assignments, timelines, and risks
Requirements: Related post-secondary education or equivalent business experience
Two to five years of merchandising experience
Minimum one year of visual presentation experience
Experience with JDA Space Planning or Blue Yonder
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
