Reporting to the Manager, Career Advancement Services, this Career Advisor provides one-on-one advising, workshops, and classroom presentations. The work includes resume development, interview preparation, networking, and professional skills. Partnerships with Academic Chairs, instructors, and employers connect learners with industry and evolving workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized career coaching to students and alumni
Deliver one-on-one career advising and classroom presentations
Facilitate workshops and career readiness events
Guide resume and cover letter development




Prepare learners for interviews and skilled networking
Requirements: Knowledge of current recruitment practices and industry trends
Understanding of labour market insights
Ability to provide expert career guidance
Ability to build meaningful student, alumni, and industry connections
Ability to collaborate with Academic Chairs, instructors, and employers
