This full-time Administration & Estimating Assistant supports residential divisions within Empire Envelope, an established Qualico business unit. You will create job records, purchase orders, and estimates while coordinating documentation with production and construction teams. The work includes drywall and paint calculations, pricing validation, and change-order support.
Key Responsibilities: Complete Bluebeam Revu markups, take-offs, and quantity identification
Interpret drawings and specifications to determine project scope
Prepare drywall and paint material calculations and estimates
Validate pricing, track costs,



and support change orders
Update records, purchase orders, invoices, and billing information
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of data entry experience
Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
Robust mathematical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
