Lead Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and integrations for The City of Red Deer in a two-year, full-time term position.
The Senior Oracle HCM Consultant translates business requirements into HR technology solutions. You will support Canadian HR and payroll processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud. The work includes configuration, reporting, data solutions, testing, and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze requirements and recommend Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
Configure modules, workflows, security, notifications, and system settings
Develop integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM Extracts
Lead data migrations, validation, reconciliation, and testing activities




Document solutions and deliver practical training for internal support
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computing science, information systems, or related discipline
Oracle HCM certification
At least five years using Oracle Cloud HCM technical tools
Two end-to-end implementations, including Canadian scope
Expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, OIC, and web services
Bring Oracle HCM Cloud, Canadian payroll, integration, and stakeholder expertise to Red Deer’s municipal technology setting.
