We’re hiring Temporary Harvesters and Cultivation Workers to work with our client, one of Prince Edward Island's premier cannabis producers for various short-term assignments. THE ROLE We’re seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our client’s cannabis production team in hands-on roles supporting all stages of plant growth and harvest.
Team members will assist with cultivating, trimming, transplanting, and harvesting cannabis plants, as well as maintaining clean, organized, and compliant work areas.
Work is fast-paced and physically active, taking place in varied environments from warm greenhouses to cool processing rooms.
The ideal candidates are reliable team players who take pride in quality, adapt well to change, and enjoy contributing to a growing, evolving industry.
REQUIREMENTS Clear Criminal Background Check Clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator Familiar with production line work and basic hand tools Solid manual dexterity skills and attention to detail Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in hot / humid or cool environments, performing repetitive tasks for duration of shift Previous experience working with plants WHAT WE OFFER $17.50/hr + 4% vacation pay ($18.20/hr) Weekly pay by direct deposit Monday to Friday role, typical shifts 6:30am-3:00pm / 7:00am-3:30pm REFER TALENT, GET REWARDED Know someone already working with Integrated Staffing?
