Job Description Vortex Stratégie & recrutement is actively seeking a Business Lawyer (M&A;) to join the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities team of its client, a highly reputable leading law firm located in downtown Montréal.
Our client's lawyers provide corporations and financial institutions with a comprehensive range of legal advisory services in this area, including takeover bids, private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, debt and equity capital markets, and corporate governance, as well as broader matters relating to commercial and corporate law.
Requirements 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role; Robust organizational skills and a proactive approach; Strong business acumen and the ability to develop excellent client relationships; Excellent teamwork skills; Strong attention to detail; Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
