Job Summary

The Staff Pharmacist supports secure, effective medication use through patient-focused pharmacy services. This position is available part time or full time and involves collaborating with care teams to support treatment needs across patient populations.

Responsibilities
Review medication orders and patient information for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential concerns.
Provide patient care by explaining medication use, answering questions, and supporting safe medication administration.
Apply medical terminology and clinical knowledge when communicating with patients and healthcare colleagues.
Coordinate with the care team to clarify medication needs and support continuity of care.
Provide other services, including: vaccination and conducting medication reviews as required

Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
