Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring accurate table assignments and waitlist management.
Communicate effectively with guests about wait times, seating arrangements, and any special requests or accommodations.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth table turnover and a seamless flow of guests.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, offering assistance with any initial questions about the restaurant or menu items.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess stand and entrance areas.
Handle guest inquiries and phone reservations in a polite and qualified manner.
Monitor guest satisfaction during their time in the restaurant and assist with any immediate concerns.




Provide thoughtful and productive customer service to ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Knowledge :
Understanding of fine dining service standards.
Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is a plus.

Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Host/Hostess in a fine dining restaurant.
