Olivier's La Boulangerie is a French Artisan Bakery in BC with Café branches, located in Lower Mainland. Our team work around the clock to produce and distribute bread without any chemical preservatives, GMO grain or high gluten elements. In addition to our production facilities, our cafés offer warm, welcoming spaces where customers can enjoy freshly baked breads, viennoiseries, pastries, and carefully crafted beverages. We are committed to delivering an authentic French bakery experience, combining traditional methods, premium ingredients, and exceptional customer service to the communities we serve.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our Bakery Café as a part-time Sales Associate/Barista in our café located in 3885 Fraser st, Vancouver. You'll be the friendly face that greets our customers and crafts delicious beverages.

How will be your day?
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide product knowledge and make recommendations when appropriate
Process payments using POS systems and handle cash accurately
Display and refill the store all day long: breads, Danishes, savoury and pastry
Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to standards




Serve bakery items and light food following food safety guidelines
Maintain consistency and quality in all products served
Maintain cleanliness of the café, barista station, and customer areas
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
Contribute to a positive and upbeat team atmosphere
Follow company policies, procedures, and standards
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude

Schedule :
Shifts starting from 6 am

What you’ll need :
A love for coffee and a passion for great customer service.
Previous experience on bakery or coffee shop (asset)
FoodSafe Level 1 certificate (required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Compensation & Benefits
$17.85 per hours + tips
20% discount in store
1 free drink per shift
