Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Install wireless broadband and satellite networking equipment at customers’ homes.
Complete installations, service calls, and repairs using appropriate hand and power tools.
Terminate network cables and route cabling through walls, ceilings, and other building structures as required.
Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly documentation of service tickets, installations, and repairs.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, field operations procedures, and safety regulations.
Provide qualified and customer-focused service during all installations and service visits.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications & Skills




Previous experience in satellite installation, telecommunications, or broadband networking is considered an asset.
Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and basic installation equipment.
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
Solid communication and customer service skills.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
