Key Responsibilities: Optimize electrical manufacturing processes and improve throughput
Lead root cause analysis for production issues
Implement corrective and preventive production actions
Evaluate automation and tooling upgrades




Analyze metrics for cost reduction opportunities
Requirements: Electrical engineering or related bachelor’s or master’s degree
Three to five years of relevant manufacturing experience
CAD familiarity, including AutoCAD or SolidWorks
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
