Use radiography expertise to create accurate diagnostic images for in-patient and out-patient clients as a Registered Technologist. Work within Mackenzie Health’s inter-professional team.
The Registered Technologist provides patient- and family-centered care across Medical Imaging. This position primarily supports X-ray while rotating through the X-ray master and potentially other department areas. You will work professionally with minimal supervision while following safety policies.
Key Responsibilities: Complete accurate diagnostic images for in-patient and out-patient clients
Rotate through X-ray master assignments
Provide quality patient- and family-centered care
Follow health and safety policies and procedures
Support a secure environment for patients, staff, physicians, and volunteers
Requirements: Diploma or degree in Radiography from an accredited institution
Registered member in good standing with CMRTO
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bring radiography, X-ray, communication, and patient safety capabilities to Registered Technologist assignments across Mackenzie Health.
