Support weekly forecasting and financial reporting for ATS Life Sciences Systems across Canada, the UK, and global teams. Advanced Excel/VBA and analytical accounting skills are required.
As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Life Sciences Service business and its leadership and project management teams. Your work covers revenue tracking, month-end reporting, financial data accuracy, and operational visibility. You will maintain forecasts, analyze variances, and help stakeholders understand business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly bookings, revenue, and gross margin reports
Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes
Track revenue performance and identify key variances
Partner with Project Managers on project revenue, costs, and margins
Consolidate financial data and support recurring analysis
Requirements: University degree or college diploma in business or accounting
Three to five years of analytical accounting experience preferred
Advanced ERP knowledge, preferably JD Edwards
Advanced Excel and VBA knowledge required
Solid analytical, reporting, accounting, and communication skills
Apply financial reporting, forecasting, Excel/VBA, and analytical accounting expertise supporting ATS Life Sciences Service operations globally.
