As Service Supervisor, you will help deliver high-quality service within a best-in-class equipment dealership. You will act as the key contact for shop service requirements, coordinate repair follow-up, and guide team members toward customer and business expectations. Financial work-order details include customer pay, warranties, claims, policies, and redos.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service for shop requirements
Create quotes and review internal and external invoices
Direct financial implications of work orders
Manage work-in-progress and contamination control
Encourage continuous improvement through meetings and training
Requirements: Minimum post-secondary education
Minimum three years of supervisory experience
Experience supporting customer satisfaction and service standards
Ability to review quotes and invoices
Ability to manage work-order financial details
