We are currently looking for a Dock Supervisor for our Pickering terminal.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 2:00am to 10:30am

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $60,000

LTL Load Planning, optimizing, scheduling and routing drivers for pick up and deliveries

Dispatching and Appointment Booking

Utilize GLS software to produce Driver manifests and reports for Terminal Manager

Excellent geographical knowledge of the GTA & Durham region

Supervise, coach, lead and train personnel

Manage last mile performance with Independent Contractors

Respond to all Customer Experience Team requests

Previous experience in the Transportation Industry is a must





Previous Forklift experience is an asset but not a must

Excellent communication skills

Must be able to exercise initiative, multitask and work well as part of a team

Experienced in customer service

Organized and detail oriented

Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
