Key Responsibilities: Apply standard assemblies and structural systems to conceptual designs

Answer budgeting questions and support project cost control
Requirements: Three or more years estimating single-family and multi-family construction
Broad understanding of residential construction methods
Knowledge of vendors, suppliers, trades, and design trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
