Support MNP’s client service operations as a Senior Administrative Assistant using calendar management, document preparation, and strong organization. Regular travel to Chilliwack is required.
Based in Abbotsford, this senior administrative position supports internal and external clients within MNP’s Administration team. You will manage correspondence, coordinate schedules, maintain client information, and help teams organize deadlines and workflow. Business administration education and skilled services experience are assets.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare templates, letters, reports, presentations, documents, and correspondence
Manage calendars, email, invoicing, and accounts receivable
Maintain client accounts and contact information in the CRM
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel,



and supporting materials
Maintain filing systems and distribute meeting minutes
Requirements: Five or more years of increasingly complex administrative responsibilities
Strong client service focus with internal and external clients
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Business administration education is considered an asset
Bring senior administrative experience, client service, and organizational expertise to MNP’s Abbotsford and Chilliwack operations.
