On this page About the position Duties As an Audit Professional in IT audit, you will work with team members from diverse backgrounds auditing various government entities and systems.

Our team is unique in that we work on many of the OAG’s audits while collaborating and advising with OAG staff across Canada.

As IT audit specialists supporting audits at the OAG, we provide advice and assistance in assessing IT risks and leading various IT audits.

Mainly, we perform IT general control (ITGC) audits and perform IT risk assessments as they relate to financial audit.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to: -Participating and assisting in ITGC audits, including planning and executing audit procedures, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures; -Assessing the design, implementation,



and operating effectiveness of ITGCs; -Working with audit team members and audit entities in identifying, analyzing, and documenting IT control risks; -Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with audit team members and audit entities; -Developing and communicating clear recommendations that address identified key risks.
