JOB DESCRIPTION Join BRP's Application Delivery and Lifecycle team within the Information and Technology (I&T;) organization as a SAP OTC Analyst .

Working alongside a team of SAP functional and technical experts, you will help drive operational excellence and support BRP's strategic priorities through the delivery of innovative, integrated OTC solutions.

We are looking for a skilled SAP AMS Professional with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and experience in SD who has a strong track record of supporting and optimizing post-go-live SAP environments.

Beyond technical and functional troubleshooting, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to maintain operational stability, resolve incidents efficiently, and align OTC business processes across multiple business unit YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support for the incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects related to the SAP SD and SCM modules, including Vistex, gATP and aATP components.

Support the work related to integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, EWM, and TM modules.

Collaborate with key business users to enhance the effectiveness of SAP solutions.

Participate in analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.

Participate in peer reviews of design standards and specifications.





Ensure specifications meet business requirements while ensuring the respect of our guidelines.

Develop and maintain functional and design specifications independently or with minimal supervision.

Assist in the transition from project delivery to application support teams, with some ownership of handoff processes.

Availability: Availability to work on a schedule covering a 24/7 operation is essential.

Note that this role will imply being available on irregular hours. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS University degree or equivalent by experience Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SD (ECC and/or S/4) Experience with gATP and aATP Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and sales processes, including integration points with FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM Ability to implement SAP best practices and contribute to solution design.

Familiarity with S/4HANA processes and experience in data migration and cutover activities.

Solid understanding of S4 HANA processes Experience with cutover, go-live and data migration Training skills to share and transmit your know-how to your peers Dynamic, cutting-edge & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities You’re able to work in English (written and oral)
