Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 4 days on site, 1 day work from home Front Street West Corporate 12 months Must Haves 8+ years in Business Analysis and Systems Analysis within corporate environments Solid experience with SAFe Agile , policies, procedures, and market trends Proficiency with Jira , Confluence , process modeling, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques Demonstrated understanding of SDLC , UiPath , API,



and business systems integration Banking or Financial Services industry experience; post-secondary education is an asset Nice to Have SQL, data analytics, and business intelligence platform experience CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma certification Github and Copilot experience Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, and technical specifications Conduct analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities Translate business requirements into system specifications and support solution design activities Support testing efforts and implementation activities to align outcomes with requirements Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams on system-related initiatives Maintain current knowledge of technology trends, applications, infrastructure, and business domains
