YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD seeks a permanent Lunchtime Supervisor for a ten-month assignment. You will monitor students indoors and outdoors, promote positive interactions, and help maintain a protected, caring, positive, and friendly environment. Experience with children and the ability to monitor multiple activities are important.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise students indoors and outdoors during lunch breaks
Monitor behavior and encourage respect, kindness, and inclusivity
Report misconduct, concerns, and atypical situations promptly




Support appropriate play and identify out-of-bounds areas
Assist during emergencies, training sessions, and staff meetings
Requirements: Less than high school graduation plus additional training or education
Minimum one month of required experience
Good communication skills and a positive demeanor
Ability to respect school confidentiality requirements
Experience working with children and attending to physical needs
Bring positive communication, child-focused awareness, and attentive supervision to lunch breaks at Pope Francis in Kleinburg.
