This Management Trainee program develops business knowledge through practical departmental rotations. You will learn Outside Sales, Production and Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. The program is designed for candidates preparing for career advancement within Cintas.
Key Responsibilities: Rotate through departments from a leadership viewpoint
Engage in outside sales and build customer relationships
Address inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly
Analyze sales data for informed business decisions
Collaborate with leaders on sales and operational projects
Requirements: Have or obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months
Hold a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license
Meet provincial regulated-vehicle driving requirements
Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program
Customer service, sales, production, or administrative experience preferred
