As Head of RE and Citizenship, you will direct both subjects and maintain high-quality teaching, engaging curriculum and strong outcomes. You will bring subject expertise, fresh ideas and a clear vision while supporting colleagues. The role also develops students’ knowledge, confidence and understanding of faith, beliefs and society.
Key Responsibilities: Lead broad, engaging RE and Citizenship curriculum development
Support colleagues delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Monitor student progress and identify improvement opportunities
