This temporary six-month Ring Seal Operator assignment supports Baxter’s Plastics Department Operations. You will clean, set up, and run semi-automatic and manual ring seal machines while completing inspections, packaging, and documentation. The position requires independent work, repetitive tasks, and continuous quality focus.
Key Responsibilities: Clean, set up, and run ring seal machines
Load parts, inspect products, and package sealed bags
Complete quality inspections and Good Documentation Practices records
Perform minor adjustments and partner with maintenance
Maintain components,



tote boxes, and clean work areas
Requirements: Ability to operate equipment independently with minimal supervision
Robust inspection capabilities and attention to detail
Experience performing repetitive tasks while standing continuously
Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP environment
Medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing experience preferred
Use ring sealing, inspection, documentation, and equipment skills to support Baxter’s life-sustaining products in Alliston.
