As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships while addressing financial queries and banking needs. You will guide customers toward appropriate contacts, products, services, and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and solutions
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete accurate business processes and documentation
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
